Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 4-5 working days.
- A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address, allowing you to monitor the status of your order.
Delivery Time:
- All orders are delivered within 7-8 business days.
- Express delivery is utilized for shipping all orders to ensure prompt and efficient service.
Shipping Charges:
- We charge a flat rate of $10 per item.
- The actual shipping charges will be calculated on the Shopping Cart page.
- To determine the shipping cost for your order, simply add the item(s) to your cart, proceed to the shopping cart page, input your shipping location, and click on the “Update Totals” button. The total shipping charges will be displayed based on your order.
Remote Area Delivery Policy:
- Please be aware that some delivery addresses may be classified as remote areas by our shipping partner, DHL.
- DHL imposes a remote area surcharge of $40 for deliveries to such locations.
- If your shipping address is identified as a remote area:
  - Option 1: Pay the Remote Area Surcharge
    - An additional $40 will be added to your shipping cost for standard delivery.
  - Option 2: Extended Delivery Time
    - Alternatively, you can opt for a reduced shipping cost of $10, but please be advised that this will result in an extended delivery time of 10-15 business days after order processing.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address during the checkout process to avoid any delivery complications.

- Currently, we offer delivery services to the following countries:

  - United Kingdom (UK)
