We know sometimes a change of mind is natural. You might want to cancel or exchange an item for a number of reasons. We’re happy to fulfil this given certain conditions.
The item should not be damaged
The item should be un-opened and should not show any signs of wear and tear
You should ask for a refund/exchange within 30 days of your purchase
You will send the item back to our warehouse address while paying for the return postage
There will be a small charge for the refund. It is charged directly by our Payment Processor.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse address that is provided. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Normally, all refunds are initiated within 24 hours at max. It may take 4 – 5 business days for the balance to reflect on your account.
