- Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds are applicable only for items that are undamaged, unused, and in their original condition. The item should be un-opened and should not show any signs of wear and tear
- Customers can request a refund only after they have received the item.
- Change of Mind:
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or simply not liking the product.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse address that is provided. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely returns.
- Stripe Deduction:
- Please note that on every transaction made through Stripe, there will be a small charge for the refund. It is charged directly by our Payment Processor.. This fee is non-refundable to both the customer and Damascus Shop.

Normally, all refunds are initiated within 24 hours at max. It may take 4 – 5 business days for the balance to reflect on your account.
