Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund:
   • Refunds are applicable only for items that are undamaged, unused, and in their original condition. The item should be un-opened and should not show any signs of wear and tear
   • Customers can request a refund only after they have received the item.
2. Change of Mind:
   • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or simply not liking the product.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
   • Shipping costs are non-refundable. To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse address that is provided. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely returns.
4. Stripe Deduction:
   • Please note that on every transaction made through Stripe, there will be a small charge for the refund. It is charged directly by our Payment Processor.. This fee is non-refundable to both the customer and Damascus Shop.
5. Refund Process:
   • To initiate a refund request, customers must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item.
   • Our customer support team will assess the eligibility for a refund based on the conditions mentioned above.
   • If the return is approved, customers will be provided with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
6. Refund Methods:
   • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-6 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in the customer’s account.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items:
   • In the event that the item is received damaged or faulty, customers must contact our customer support team immediately with supporting evidence (such as photos or videos).
   • We will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on the customer’s preference and product availability.
8. Exchanges:
   • Exchanges for a different product or variant are not offered under this refund policy.
9. Changes to the Refund Policy:
   • Damascus Shop reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.

Normally, all refunds are initiated within 24 hours at max. It may take 4 – 5 business days for the balance to reflect on your account.
