The hand-forged steel blade measures 20 inches in length, bringing the overall size of the sword to 27.5 inches. Crafted from D2 steel, the blade undergoes an extensive forging and heat-treatment process, achieving a Rockwell hardness of 54 HRC on the edge and 42–45 HRC on the spine for both strength and flexibility.
A beautifully polished rosewood handle ensures a secure grip, complemented by a custom Damascus steel guard and pommel that enhance both durability and aesthetic appeal.
